Summertime Celebration, July 6
The Fourth of July has passed, but we’re keeping the party going!
Come celebrate the land of the free with us here at the Lehigh Valley Zoo on Saturday, July 6! We will have a variety of interactive experiences including two giraffe feeding opportunities, an assortment of crafts and activities, and a tour of our Lorikeet aviary!
We will also have entertainment throughout the day. From 12PM-2PM we will have DJ Ray from Fling-a-Things to keep the music going! While you’re visiting, be sure to stop by our specialty keeper chats to learn unique facts about some of our resident animals!
Dino Day, July 7
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a DINOSAUR!?
Join us on Sunday, July 7th at the Lehigh Valley Zoo to celebrate Dino Day with our friendly and knowledgeable zoo staff! We’ll have an exciting lineup or hands-on, interactive activities including a dino dig station, DIY fossils, some great educational messaging, and guest appearances throughout the day from some of our Mesozoic Era friends!
Don’t miss our daily Keeper Talk with our expert Zookeepers as they discuss possible links between some of our resident animals and their prehistoric predecessors.
