Run Wild is back and better than ever!
Lehigh Valley Zoo's Run Wild 5K/10K for animal conservation sponsored by St. Luke’s University Health Network is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year! All runners will receive a free zoo pass, sport shirt, swag bag, and more!

Enjoy one of the most picturesque running trails in all of Pennsylvania! Your 5K or 10K trek will take you through the Trexler Game Preserve, a serene animal sanctuary that totals more than 1200 acres. Your fun race will end inside the Lehigh Valley Zoo as you run past our zebras, oryx, camels, ostrich, and kangaroos, and end at our St Luke’s Giraffe Barn where Murphy and Tatu will be cheering you on!

The Zoo’s Run Wild takes place on August 17, 2019. The 5K will start at 8:30 AM and the 10K Beast will follow at 8:45 AM. The races start in the Zoo’s parking lot. There will be separate award ceremonies after each race on the zoo sun deck.

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and top 3 females in each of these age groups plus overall male and female winners and overall masters male and female winners.
