Hello Easton Area Macaroni Kid families.
This has been a tragic and sad week for my family. My husband passed away on Sunday morning after suffering a heart attack. Our 20th anniversary would have been in September. There are no words, so I won’t even try to describe our loss. He was the kindest, most loving father, husband, and friend.
I am deeply grateful to our neighbors, friends and community members—including Book and Puppet’s Rebecca Migdal and Andy Laties—who showed up on our front doorstep with pizzas and comforting hugs and condolences for me and the kids. Neighbors we had never even met brought us food and hugs. It meant everything to know they were thinking about us and supporting us when we needed it the most.
Please forgive the abbreviated newsletter this week. Weekly events and pre-submitted events should all be current. I have not added new events (unsubmitted) to this week’s calendar, but I will update it as time permits throughout the week. Thank you for understanding.
It sounds cliché, but do all the things you’ve planned to do, and tell your loved ones how much you love them every day.
