Easton’s Market District is getting in the holiday spirit with cookie decorating classes, Deck the Walls and a Holiday Market to boot. Whether you’re looking to gift the ‘12 Days of Bacon Holiday Gift Box’ or track down the beloved Buche de Noel, you’ll find your holiday inspiration in the Easton Market District.
The holiday fun starts this weekend:
Cookie Decorating!
Families can join Chef Ada and the crew at Easton Public Market to decorate freshly-baked cookies. No registration is required for this event. Stop by the Kitchen, sponsored by Easton Hospital, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 30 to decorate two cookies and enjoy hot chocolate or apple cider. ($5 per child, eastonpublicmarket.com/calendar)
Deck the Walls
Stephen Flowers will auction off skate decks designed by local artists at the annual Deck the Walls 7. All of the proceeds from the silent auction will benefit Safe Harbor Easton. The event is open to the community, and the skate decks are already hung in the market for viewing. (6-8 p.m. Nov. 30, Easton Public Market, 325 Northampton St.).
