Turkey Strawberries
Ingredients:
- Fresh Strawberries (look for bigger, wide ones)
- Melting Chocolate
- Mini Marshmallows
- Pretzel Sticks
- Skewer for dipping
Now, waddle your way into the kitchen with the kids and follow these easy-peasy directions.
Directions:
- Skewer your strawberry, break your pretzel sticks to be same size and the right size for each strawberry
- Melt candy melts or melting chocolate in microwave in increments of 30 seconds stirring after each until chocolate is a nice dipping consistency (don't over heat)
- Using the chocolate as a glue, take a mini marshmallow and stick the piece of pretzel in each, then glue the marshmallows on each side of strawberry , wait until secure or dry
- Dip strawberry into chocolate ( I used a small jar so that it would be completely submerged. Then place on
- parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Once all strawberries are dipped place in fridge to harden and keep until ready to eat
- If you wanted to do extra and have white melting chocolate, you can dip the ends of the pretzels to make it look fancy!
